We pride ourselves on providing specific, individualized sessions that offer our clients outstanding results. You're #1 job is to tell us your goals and history. Then, with that information, it's our job to help you reach your goals.
Many of our clients find that we never do the same session twice. That's because every time you walk in, you're body is going to be different. You just lived a whole new X amount of days or weeks since we saw you last.

SCAR TISSUE RELEASE
Over time, we have learned that scar tissue is at fault for a lot more aches and pains than most people realize. It can contribute to:
Decreased range of motion
Numbness and tingling

Cupping utilizes negative pressure to move tissues in ways our hands can't. And yes, we can avoid circles!
Micropoint Stimulation uses a mild DC current that mimics your nervous system to activate pressure points.
We use a variety of techniques and maneuvers that allow your body to fall into proper alignment naturally.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Every session will vary. Depending on the details in your intake form, we may give you a call before your first visit. A majority of our clients are seeking relief from chronic pain and we spend about 10 minutes talking about your history and our game plan for the session. We will explain what we think may benefit you and how we would like to proceed with your first session.
After your session we will see how you're feeling, make any necessary recommendations and get you scheduled for your next session. We recommend scheduling an extra 15-20 minutes for your first visit.
CAN I GET IN ANY SOONER?
We're so excited to work with you and help on your path to recovery. Due to our high success and relief rate we do tend to book out 1-2 weeks for our most popular times.
To be placed on a cancellation list, you must first schedule an appointment. You may then message your therapist to be added to their cancellation list. If they have any openings they will notify individuals one-by-one.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We recommend you wear comfy, stretchy clothes. Occasionally we will work on posture correction and stretches clothed as well as tools you can use throughout a normal day. Most of our clients fully undress during their session. You will be fully draped and we will only uncover the area we are working on at the time.
WHAT SESSION LENGTH SHOULD I CHOOSE?
We recommend new clients start with a 75-90 minute session. This gives your therapist ample time to asses, test and begin treatment.
We stay booked so please contact us in advance if you would like to extend your session.

Absolutely! We understand that sometimes there are more questions than what we can answer online. It can be difficult for us to answer the phone throughout the day with back to back sessions.
